When you create an account and use the App, we collect:
Account information: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, used to sign you in and manage your training profile.
Training data: class schedules, registrations, and attendance connected to your account.
Usage analytics: anonymous usage events (screens viewed, features used) that help us improve the App.
How We Use Your Information
To authenticate you and provide the App's features (class booking, schedules, profile).
To communicate with you about your account (e.g. sign-in links).
To understand how the App is used and improve it.
What We Don't Do
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not show third-party advertising.
We do not share your data with third parties except the service providers below.
Service Providers
The App relies on the following providers to operate:
Firebase Authentication (Google) — sign-in and account security.
Supabase — secure storage of account and training data.
PostHog (EU-hosted) — product analytics.
Data Retention & Deletion
Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account
directly in the app (Profile → Delete Account): your account is deactivated
immediately and all associated data is permanently deleted within 30 days. You may also
request deletion by contacting us at the email below.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect
personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page
with an updated date.
